Telm's benchtop semi-automatic capping machine is designed to cap aluminium twist-off capsules on glass jars and bottles.
It is widely used to close jars containing foods such as tomato purée, creams, sauces and hot condiments.

The operator places the jar in the centre of the machine and the cap on the jar. Both buttons must be pressed simultaneously to make the capping head descend and close the jar.
The closing torque of the cap can be adjusted via the appropriate pressure regulators.

Operation is automatic at a pressure of 6 bar.

The capping heads are available in different diameters according to the customer's requirements and are interchangeable.Made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
