• Cap placing and capping station for pre-threaded plastic caps;
• Vibrating feeder for automatic feeding of caps on the belt;
• Caps elevator for automatic loading of the orientator;
• Negative cap detection system with pneumatic ejection;
• Induction sealing.

It is possible to customize the machine according to customer's needs, for example it is possible to install dosing units with brushless drive, hoppers with mixers and heating. The line is completed by labeling machines, induction tunnels, inkjet markers.
