Filling and capping line designed for hot pulp fruit juices in plastic bottles with a pre-threaded cap. The machine is suitable for filling fluid and dense foods such as sauces, tomato sauces, paté, mayonnaise, ketchup, dressing sauces.

THE FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE FOR FRUIT JUICES IS COMPOSED OF:

• Rotary loading table for empty bottles;
• Filling system with 4 volumetric piston dosers, with bottom-up filling electrically managed by a brushless motor;
• Manual cap placing carried out by the operator;
• Automatic capping electrically managed by a brushless motor;
• Rotary unloading table for filled and capped bottles.

The product is fed into the filling and capping machine through an 80Lt horizontal hopper heated with a stirrer: this allows to keep the product warm and the pieces inside it well amalgamated. It is possible to customize the machine with capping solutions for capsules, labeling and inkjet marking solutions.

Areas of use of the fruit juice filling machine

The filling and capping line can also be used in other sectors:
