Rotary monoblock for the automatic filling and capping of PET bottles of foodstuff, cosmetic and chemical products.
It can be also used in the chemical sector for natural fertilizers, biostimulant fertilizers for crops and gardens, agricultural products, pesticides and liquid fertilizers.

THE FILLING AND CAPPING MONOBLOCK IS COMPOSED OF:

• Rotary loading table for empty bottles;
• Filling with volumetric piston dosers with automatic regulation of the dosage by PLC;
• Automatic vibrating caps feeder for plastic caps;
• Capping station for pre-threaded plastic cap.

This automatic filling and capping machine can be customized according to the customer's specific requests. It is possible to install hoppers with mixer, dosers with brushless motor. To complete the line it’s possible to install labeling machines, ink jet markers, induction tunnels.
