THE FILLING AND CAPPING ROTARY MONOBLOCK CONSISTS OF:

• Filling with volumetric piston dosers;
• Automatic placement of the cap with Pick&Place system;
• Magnetic feeder to load the twist-off caps on the belt;
• Denester for plastic lids on the belt;
• Capping head for  twist-off aluminum cap;
• Format changeover: pressure capping head for plastic lid.

The automatic filling and capping machine for jams and food creams can be customized, according to customer's needs.
It is possible to install heated hoppers with mixers, and dosers with brushless drive. Labeling machines can complete the line.
