One of the strengths of this cosmetic filling machine is certainly its versatility and flexibility, which allows us to handle containers of different materials and shapes, as often happens in the cosmetic field, with a very simple and fast format changeover.

To increase the production performance of the filling machine, we used a double head filling system. The approximate hourly production of the filling line is 1000 -1500 pcs / h.

The product is fed into the machine through a 100Lt horizontal hopper, while the hopper is fed through a pneumatic bulk or Ibc pump.

THE TWO HEADS FILLING MACHINE FOR COSMETICS IS COMPOSED OF:

• Rotary loading table for empty bottles;
• Volumetric piston dosing units;
• Rotary unloading table for filled bottles.

There is also the possibility of adding an automatic capping station to our cosmetic filling machine, and completing the end of line with labeling machines, inkjet markers, etc.
