The Line 112 cosmetic filling machine has been designed to fill fluid and thick cosmetic products in bottles and jars, such as: face creams, body creams, hair gel, tonic, shampoo, shower gel and body oil.
 

One of the strengths of this cosmetic filling machine is certainly its versatility and flexibility, which allows us to handle containers of different materials and shapes, as often happens in the cosmetic field, with a very simple and fast format change.

To increase the production performance of the line 112 cosmetic filling machine, we used a double-pass filling system: this allows us to fill 8 bottles, optimizing the technical times for their movement. The approximate hourly production of the filling line is 2000 pcs / h.

The cosmetic product is fed into the machine through a 100Lt horizontal hopper, heated with stirrer: this allows to keep the product fluid and suckable.

Line 112 cosmetic filling machine is composed of:

• Rotary loading table for empty bottles;
• N°4 volumetric piston dosers;
• Rotary unloading table for filled bottles;
• 100 liters hopper;

VThere is also the possibility of adding an automatic capping station to our cosmetic filling machine, and completing the end of line with labeling machines, ink jet markers, etc.
