This trolley with filling unit was designed to allow the operator to have a dispensing valve for moving products and to fill moving containers.
It is very useful when filling trays, moulds, and single-portion containers placed on workbenches.

The wheeled structure is made of stainless steel and supports the feeding hopper of the product.  Dosing is carried out by one of our piston volumetric dosing machines of your choice, made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel, and assembled with tri-clamp connections for easy assembly and disassembly during cleaning and maintenance.

The trolley with movable handle is generally used for food products such as creams, savoury pie fillings, and single-portion creamy desserts.
The product dispensing valve is equipped with a pneumatic trigger and can also be applied to benchtop volumetric dosing machines.
