Semi-automatic benchtop filling machine with pneumatic doser made of AISI316 stainless steel.

Equipped with suitable gaskets, this filling machine can be used for all creamy and dense products in the following sectors:

• food for products such as tomato sauces, sauces and condiments, dressing sauces, spreads, variegates, mayonnaise, ketchup, creams, yogurt, oil and brine, preparations for ice cream and pastry shops;
• cosmetic for products such as shampoos, creams, shower gels, conditioners, oils;
• chemical for products such as fertilizers, insecticides, liquid fertilizers, paints, paints, enamels, inks, detergents, disinfectants, acrylic colors.

This filler is specific for dosing from 200cc to 5600cc with product feeding from the tank through a flexible hose or with a hopper. This is the largest volumetric piston in our production range.

The semi-automatic capper for buckets is suitable to be used alongside this machine.
