This benchtop filler is a semi-automatic machine for filling thick cosmetic products such as uv gel, mascara, cocoa butter, lip balm and all those products that need to be heated in order to be easily dosed. Often in fact, by bringing the product to a temperature over 40 °C, the viscosity decreases and it is therefore possible to be able to dose into the container with precision and more speed.
 
The heated filling machine is equipped with a volumetric piston doser suitable to suck up dense products, made of AISI 316 stainless steel, assembled with tri-clamp connections for easy assembly and disassembly for cleaning and maintenance. The heating system includes a 15 liter conical hopper, equipped with electric heating resistances in diathermic oil and electric heating bands on the dispenser and thermostated hoses where present.
 

THIS MACHINE IS SUITABLE FOR PRODUCTS SUCH AS:

• acrigel.

It is possible to customize the machine with small nozzles, to be able to dose inside small bottles, or nozzles with special lengths for bottles such as lipgloss or mascara.
